3. User Responsibility

4. Digital Products & Access
All BizBoxKit products are delivered digitally.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining access to your email
Safeguarding login credentials
Ensuring compatibility with your devices
We are not responsible for access issues caused by:
Email delivery problems
Incorrect information was provided by you
Third-party service outages
5. Subscriptions (Stability+)
If you purchase a subscription:
Billing is handled through Stripe
You may cancel at any time via the billing portal
Access continues until the end of the billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time
Subscription content is optional and non-essential to BizBoxKit’s core functionality.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of BizBoxKit products:
All sales are final, unless otherwise stated at checkout
Refunds are granted only in cases of: Duplicate charges or Technical failure preventing access
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All BizBoxKit materials are owned by BizBoxKit.
You may:

Modify materials for internal use
You may NOT:
Resell
Redistribute
Share publicly
Create derivative products for sale
Claim BizBoxKit content as your own product
8. License Scope
BizBoxKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased materials for your own business operations.
This license does not extend to:
Client delivery
White-label resale

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBoxKit is not liable for:

10. Termination
